Installation, Erection and Commissioning
About Installation, Erection and Commissioning
Erection is the process of installing the physical framework and equipment for the processing plant. Erection is done after commissioning. For the newest piece of equipment, erection involves designing and evaluating the site's physical aspects.
To construct and/or install the appropriate plant is to install an eligible installation. In order to demonstrate that a plant can produce heat for the intended use for which it was placed, it must undergo all essential tests and processes mandated by industry standards. This process is known as "commissioning."
Why is Installation, Erection and Commissioning important?
Making ensuring a facility and its systems comply with the project requirements set out by the owner is the main objective of commissioning. This encompasses, but is not limited to, the commissioning objectives listed below: delivering a structure or facility that fulfills the owner's project criteria and operates in accordance with the design purpose.
Three general categories may be used to group together the full erection, testing, and commissioning process: Prior to beginning the erection of the plant, pre-erection tasks must be finished. construction of the plant's internal structures.
