- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are subject to a 5% processing fee deduction.
- Note - Even if you have requested a refund in case of failure to pass the exam, your refund will not be processed if you are unable to submit acceptable proof of failure (such as an email from the vendor, scorecard, etc.).
KINDLY NOTE
Purchases made during sales periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, or any deals offering 40% or more discounts, which are already associated with higher discounts and offers, are non-refundable. Additionally, applying additional coupon codes during these sales periods is not allowed.
b. Technical Issues:
- If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course materials or completing the assessments, and these issues cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the status within 7 business days. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment after deduction as applicable.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions

a. Course Completion:
- If you have completed the course or certification assessment and received a certificate of completion, you are not eligible for a refund.
b. Change of Mind:
- Refunds will not be granted for changes of mind or if you decide that the course or assessment is no longer suitable for your needs after you have accessed the materials.
c. Violations of Terms:
- If your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible for a refund.
