Follow the below steps to cancel/reschedule the exam - 

1. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment date and time. 

2. Cancelling/rescheduling of an exam can be done in Certification Hub 

3. Use the calendar icon in the “Exam Appointments/Upcoming Appointments” section. 

Note - If you do not cancel your appointment within the specified time, then SAP reserves the right to subtract an exam attempt. 

The Exam proctors will speak English only.

In case a candidate does not cancel or reschedule the SAP exam within 24 hours prior to the exam, then it will be considered as an exam attempt. 

The status will be updated to “No Show” reflected in Certification Hub under “Exam Appointments. 

It is suggested to check the configuration beforehand by clicking “Test communication and bandwidth” in Certification Hub.

No, breaks are not allowed during the exam. But in case of any technical problem candidate should immediately communicate with the proctor by chat or audio.
