description
The Association of Business Process Management Professionals International (ABPMP) introduced this entry-level certification for Business Process Management (BPM) practitioners: The Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA®). The Certified Business Process Associate (CBPA®) designation is designed for individuals who are relatively new to the business transformation profession. It acknowledges professionals with foundational skills and understanding, even if they have some work experience in the field but lack the full four years of hands-on experience required for the next level of certification, the Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP®). Thus, the CBPA® serves as the introductory BPM Certification.
The examination is created to evaluate your comprehension of various BPM disciplines and techniques utilized to enhance business operations and facilitate organizational transformation.
The CBPA® certification is for emerging BPM practitioners. This certification is aimed at individuals who have recently completed their undergraduate degree or have been engaged in a business process management-related role for at least one year. The examination assesses the certificate holder's comprehension of business process improvement and transformation concepts spanning the disciplines outlined in the BPM Common Body of Knowledge (BPM-CBOK®).
By earning the CBPA® certification, individuals new to the profession can demonstrate their grasp of essential concepts, methodologies, techniques, and technologies essential for success in BPM, distinguishing themselves among peers.
The CBPA® certification serves as an independent confirmation that the certificate holder has a solid foundational competency in business process management and may have practically applied these concepts in their day-to-day work experience.
