I passed my exam and have my badge. How do I get my certificate?
Your certificate is attached to your badge in Acclaim. To find it, log in to youracclaim.com, navigate to your badge, click the Share button, and then the printer icon.
How far in the future can exams be scheduled?
You can schedule your exam up to 3 months in advance.
What is the retake policy?
1. You must wait seven days between exam attempts;
2. You can only attempt an exam three times total in a one year period;
3. If you have passed the exam, you can not retake it
What is a passing score?
HashiCorp does not publish our pass percentage or correct answer threshold.
Can the exams be taken using a Linux operating system?
As of October 2020 it is no longer possible to take an exam using Linux. Reestablishing Linux compatibility is a top priority and we are committed to getting it done as soon as possible. Enter your email in the “Stat Informed” box above to be notified when Linux support returns.
How far in advance do I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
You must reschedule or cancel your exam up to 48 hours before your appointment time.
