  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a minimum of 10+2 certification or possess higher qualifications from a recognized board or university.
  • Age: Applicants must have reached the age of 18 years at the time of submitting their training application.
  • Training: Successful completion of mandatory training is essential. Candidates who have completed 10+2 must obtain a training certificate for 100 hours, while those with higher qualifications need a 50-hour certificate.
  • Employees of BPOs/Call Centers with a graduation degree or higher qualifications are required to undergo 50 hours of training as outlined in the training schedule provided to Banks/Accredited Institutes.
  • Candidates with previous experience as debt collection agents or possessing higher educational qualifications such as a graduate degree from an accredited institute may qualify for a reduction in the training duration.
