The exam covers foundations of mindfulness, formal practices (breath awareness, body scan, compassion), stress reduction techniques, mindful communication, daily life integration, emotional regulation, group and workplace mindfulness, and ethics and continued practice.

This exam is for mindfulness and meditation practitioners, yoga instructors, wellness coaches, health professionals, educators, corporate trainers, and anyone committed to developing mindful habits.

No formal experience is required. A basic awareness of mindfulness and willingness to engage in guided and self-led practices will help you succeed.

The exam includes multiple-choice questions and scenario-based short answers that test both theoretical knowledge and practical application of mindfulness techniques.

The exam lasts 90 minutes. You must score at least 60% overall to pass.

Review each domain of the course outline, practise core mindfulness exercises (breath awareness, body scan, loving-kindness), and read up on key research and ethical guidelines.

Yes. You may retake the exam after a two-week waiting period. There is no limit on how many times you can attempt it.

Results are emailed within two weeks of your exam date. Upon passing, you will receive a digital certificate and a detailed score report.

The certification does not expire. To stay current, you are encouraged to continue your practice and explore ongoing learning resources.
