The National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), developed by ACT, is a widely recognized workforce credential that evaluates an individual’s readiness for today’s job market. Each assessment is scored on a scale of Level 3 to Level 7, with higher levels indicating stronger skills. The lowest score across the three assessments determines your overall NCRC certificate level:
- Bronze (Level 3+) → Demonstrates readiness for 16% of jobs in the ACT JobPro database.
- Silver (Level 4+) → Demonstrates readiness for 67% of jobs.
- Gold (Level 5+) → Demonstrates readiness for 93% of jobs.
- Platinum (Level 6–7) → Demonstrates readiness for 99% of jobs.
