A Certified OmniStudio Developer is proficient in designing and configuring applications using various OmniStudio tools, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, Expression Sets, Decision Matrices, and Industry Consoles. The Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer candidate seeks to showcase their abilities in configuring applications using OmniStudio tools.

 

Who should take the exam?

Ideally, the Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer candidate have at least 1 year of developer experience and 3-6 months of design, implementation, and deployment experience with OmniStudio tools in one or more of the following roles:

• Salesforce Platform Developer
• Salesforce App Builder
• Solution Architect
• Technical Architect
• UI Developer

Candidates for Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer should be capable of translating defined business requirements into declarative technical solutions. They should be able to configure business processes using OmniStudio tools, incorporating conditional navigation and data exchange with Salesforce and external sources using JSON and REST services. Additionally, candidates should have familiarity with building interactive Web Applications using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
