Windows XP Certification
About Windows XP
Windows XP is a version of the Microsoft Windows operating system that was released in October 2001. It was preceded by Windows 2000 and succeeded by Windows Vista. Windows XP was a major release that included many new features and improvements, such as a redesigned user interface, improved support for multimedia, and enhanced support for networking and internet connectivity. Windows XP also introduced features such as Remote Desktop and Windows Media Player.
It was widely popular and well received by users and businesses, and quickly became the most widely used version of Windows. Windows XP was also the first version of Windows to support the x86-64 architecture. Windows XP was supported by Microsoft until April 8th, 2014. Even though it reached its end of support, it's still in use in some places, but it's not recommended due to security vulnerabilities that can't be patched anymore.
